About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contract position to assist with our field salaried recruitment efforts. You will work alongside the talent team and our business stakeholders to support our fast paced leadership recruitment needs for existing locations, as well as new restaurant launches.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in field, multi-unit, full-cycle recruitment for General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Assistant Manager roles
  • Work directly with hiring managers to understand ideal experience and profiles for our leadership candidates
  • Source ideal candidates on Indeed and LinkedIn, as well as review applicants in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Interview candidates as the first touchpoint and assess for fit
  • Schedule candidates for interviews throughout the process in a timely manner
  • Maintain clear communication regarding the process and next steps for all candidates
  • Create offer letters and launch background checks for prospective employees
  • Communicate with candidates post-background check clearance to provide information regarding their orientation and onboarding
  • Report on progress for assigned roles 

Role Details:

  • Job location: Hybrid, New Jersey - some travel to our restaurants will be required
  • Shift details: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
  • Pay Rate: $50/hr
  • Contract position

The experience you have

  • At least three years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least one of those years being a recruiter for salaried roles
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, Paradox experience is a plus
  • Experience sourcing for candidates, Indeed resume search experience is a plus
  • Strong candidate follow-up and a heightened sense of urgency
  • Strong communication skills and ability to problem solve
  • Recruiting in a field environment, hospitality and/or restaurant recruitment experience is a plus
