Legend Biotech is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contractor) as part of the Human Resources team based in Somerset, NJ.
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting and engaging top talent to deliver positive business outcome. This individual will execute recruitment strategies partnering with HRBP and Hiring Managers, manage end-to-end recruitment process, and build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure successful talent acquisition from sourcing strategy, execution, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management/negotiation, hiring and onboarding.
- Execute talent sourcing strategies and build pipeline of passive talent to meet current or anticipated talent needs.
- Proactively build and develop relationships with hiring managers, HRBP, and cross functional teams to deliver talent needs, provide consultation, and improve efficiency.
- Educate business clients in the use of interviewing techniques, recommended resources, assessing and evaluating applicants, and other best practices.
- Consult with the Total Rewards team to manage offer recommendations by providing expectation, market trend, and any appropriate documentation culminating in extending the offer to the candidate
- Participate in developing innovative attraction and engagement strategies.
- Participate in projects related to the TA processes, systems/tools, procedures, and compliance.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required.
- Experience recruiting within Quality or Technical Operations is preferred.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, advanced sourcing techniques, and talent market trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions, identify trends, and improve recruitment processes.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferably Greenhouse and familiarity with recruitment marketing tools are preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
