About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist position is a dynamic, influential, and high-impact role as Genapsys continues to grow and scale into 2022 and beyond. In 2021, our team has nearly doubled and we anticipate continued growth as we build out our Colorado operations. In this position you will support key talent acquisition initiatives to achieve ambitious hiring targets. In this role, you’ll partner with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to ensure our teams have the recruiting support they need and that all of our candidates have a pleasant and professional experience with our company. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside in the United States and may be required to attend meetings during a Mountain Time or Pacific Time work day.

Responsibilities: 

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of roles with an emphasis on engaging passive talent
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and cultivate a network of passive talent in key areas
  • Manage the recruiting process from start to finish: review applications as they come in, perform phone screens with candidates and record candidate scorecards, coordinate hiring manager interviews, and facilitate final interviews 
  • Support the hiring decision making process 
  • Ensure a high level of candidate engagement and positive candidate experience with a focus on diversity and inclusion 
  • Partner with Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to build and improve upon scalable talent acquisition processes and programs, including workforce planning, a social media recruitment strategy, interview scheduling and feedback processes, and interview training
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion and culture-building initiatives 

Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment, ideally in a startup or agency setting; priority to candidates with technical and/or life sciences recruiting experience 
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and ATS (we use Greenhouse) 
  • A consistent track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing extraordinary talent, especially passive talent 
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through in a fast-paced environment with a focus on candidate experience and internal customer service
  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with key internal and external stakeholders 
  • Exceptional teamwork and multitasking skills

At this time, we can only consider applicants with authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis; unfortunately, we cannot provide visa sponsorship.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $65,000 to $96,000 per year.

Compensation for this role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location, and may fall outside of the range shown.
