The primary focus of this position is the collection, maintenance, and analysis of data as it relates to recruiting practices and goals across Talent Acquisition (TA). This individual will be responsible for the creation of monthly dashboards for each business area, ad-hoc metric requests & analysis, and serves as a technical expert for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and accurate reporting of its data. Additionally, this role is responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the TA knowledge repository. Duties involve independent judgment and discretion on issues that may be sensitive or confidential in nature.
Primary Responsibilities

The TA Operations Analyst is a key position within the TA Team. Primary focus is to advance TA reporting efforts by maintaining large datasets from multiple sources (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data) and analyzing trends. Works with team members to enhance adjacent processes.

  • Build data processes, maintain, analyze, and communicate data such as:
  • Candidate and Hiring Manage survey results
  • Applicant data
  • Monthly overall TA Dashboard and Dashboards by business area (i.e. Open requisitions, priority requisitions, filled requisitions, time-to-fill, aging roles, recruiter scorecards, etc.)
  • Diversity metrics across all hiring practices
  • Develop custom reports from a variety of sources to meet the requirements of TA leadership and staff.
  • Ensure the accuracy of system information and validation of datasets. Develop guardrails to mitigate bad data inputs.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in our data, reporting, processes, and systems.
  • Analyzes data for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, turnover, source of hire, quality of hire, compensation, and other HR metrics.
  • Present relevant trends in clear, succinct reports.
  • Uses data visualization programs, tools (i.e. PowerBI or Tableau), and techniques to generate dashboards, reports, and presentations that aid in data storytelling.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our ATS, develop appropriate user guides and deliver ongoing training to TA Partners on such topics
  • Demonstrates effective and timely communication across various channels including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and internal Paylocity systems.
  • Implement and maintain a user-friendly and effective knowledge repository for all of TA
  • Document standard processes/procedures as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 3 years of experience in analyzing human resources-related data
  • Agile professional with a high level of business acumen
  • Demonstrated knowledge in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, PPT, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated history of completion of complex projects via project management methodology
  • Experience working with large teams on projects that are deadline-driven
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task and relentless about quality and detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills interacting with all levels of the organization
  • Experience with presentation delivery
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment a strong asset.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position in Colorado is $78,000 - $105,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
