Prospera is growing and looking for a Talent Acquisition to join the team in Omaha.

The Prosperian Talent Acquisition will take part in attracting and building the Prosperian team!

S/he will be responsible for end 2 end talent acquisition and growth and will take a tremendous part in the Prosperian Omaha culture.

Responsibilities:

Assist managers to identify recruitment needs

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements

Plan and execute recruitment workflow - including screening CVs, screening calls, references, and in-person interviews

Sourcing and recruiting star candidates

Creative and resourceful when it comes to finding new channels and sources

Think in a data-driven approach to constantly improve our growth processes

Grow the Prosperian team to match values and culture

Requirements

At least 3 years experience in tech recruitment

Experience in sourcing strategies

Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously

B.A in Social Science/Behavioural Science or equivalent - advantage

A Prosperian at heart- passionate, professional with great interpersonal skills
