Description and Requirements
Lenovo's new Services and Solutions group has significant growth plans. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst and Program Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the progress and results of Talent Acquisition projects are delivered to business stakeholders. You will analyze reporting and recruitment data and be responsible to identify trends, and insights, and tracking action plans. You will lead presentations with compelling storytelling to convey project charters, expected outcomes, and progress updates aligned to the Talent Acquisition projects.
As a Talent Acquisition Analyst and Program Manager your key responsibilities will be:

• Supporting the delivery of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources processes and projects.
• Preparing weekly staffing reports for business leaders and HR partners.
• Analyzing and monitoring team resourcing data including staffing volumes, compliance, contractor conversions, and extensions.
• Facilitating the consolidation of various data requests and/or team initiatives and support reporting for critical projects and processes.
• Supporting ad hoc requests such as deck creation, reporting, team tracking, and responses to TA ops team for project updates.
• Drive projects such as high-volume recruitment, workforce planning, internships, and college programs.

This is a key role in the Services and Solutions Recruitment organization. You will work closely with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams on a global basis.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience creating presentations, visuals, and talk tracks.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Google Slides/Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel, formula building, pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, graphing, and charting.
Ability to analyze results and create presentations on a regular basis.
Ability to balance conflicting priorities.
Ability to analyze data and identify emerging trends and issues.
