About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with our hiring managers to identify top talent, build diverse pipelines, and hire world class talent at Lattice.  You’ll work to build strong relationships with hiring managers across Engineering as well as other technical teams. 

You’ll be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish as well as improving hiring processes to streamline the recruiting process to make sure both candidates and hiring teams have a great experience. 

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process on Technical roles
• Source for top talent that builds a diverse pipeline of candidates
• Improve our current processes to continue to create scalability for hyper growth
• Maintain recruiting reports and drive toward performance metrics
• Drive our offer process including extending offers and closing candidates
• Maintain our employer brand in all external opportunities

About You

• 5+ years experience as a full cycle recruiter in technical roles
• Substantial experience building creative sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
