The Opportunity
We have been in hyper growth mode for the last few years and have built out a world class talent team. As a result of our continued growth, we are adding another Talent Acquisition Partner who will support our Go-To- Market growth and be largely focused on building out our US Sales team. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience managing a full cycle desk and using creative sourcing methods to attract top talent to Rapid7.
Essential Responsibilities
You are passionate about building revenue generating teams. You’re a highly communicative, proactive and solutions focused person that drives results and understands the importance of building a strong relationship with Sales Leadership and delivering a best in class candidate experience.
Like the Sales teams you support, you are a hunter and understand how metrics drive positive outcomes.You are skilled at sourcing and closing and are able to do so with minimal oversight. In this role you will need to be creative and solutions oriented to build the top of your pipeline funnel and find skilled Cyber Security Account Executives.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience with volume recruiting across various levels and geographies. If you are self-motivated and enjoy working on a team and building the future of Rapid7 Sales- this is for you!
Job Requirements
Ideally you have experience in agency and corporate recruiting
You have had experience working on revenue-generating roles and understand how your role hiring Account Executives aligns with the Company goals
You have worked on searches of varying level and complexity across many geographies
Highly organized and have the ability to understand your own metrics and what it takes to be successful
You have a high bar, we believe in raising the bar with every hire that we make
Ability to build strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships with Sales Leadership
Approach challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and are not afraid to try new things
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
