Vicarious Surgical is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Talent Development as a strategic partner for the HR Leadership Team reporting to the VP of People & Culture. In this newly created role, you will focus on building an employee lifecycle strategy to evaluate, develop, and motivate top talent

Responsibilities

  • Elevate the Talent Development strategy for a swiftly scaling organization. 
  • Build and train a high performing team to support the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. 
  • Lead programmatic talent initiatives including leadership development, training, talent reviews, employee engagement surveys,  action planning sessions and performance reviews.
  • Strategize with Leadership about the Talent Development Roadmap to ensure we are being proactive about engaging and developing talent. 
  • Coach managers on change management and talent management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to build and implement cross-functional HR programs and initiatives.
  • Actively identify gaps, and deploy impactful people strategies that enable the organization to perform effectively.
  • Be a thought partner to stakeholders and business leaders to ensure existing and new talent can reach their full potential and grow with Vicarious Surgical.
  • Design and manage effective company recognition programs.
  • Proactively see around corners to upgrade our people processes and practices in advance of our current and future growth. 

About You

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • 2+ years of mentoring, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Top notch communication skills with an ability to provide clear messaging to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience partnering with leaders to successfully build and execute a talent strategy.
  • Strong program management skills with ability to scale with the organization. 
  • High attention to detail, superior organization skills, highly responsive, quick learner.
