About the role

As the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations, you will manage a team of 5+ operators who serve as the backbone to the recruiting team, supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting process. This is a high impact role that will give you the autonomy to make operational improvements to the recruitment process by working closely with recruiters, People Support, HR, Legal and other teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is interested in growing their management experience while feeding their curiosity and problem-solving appetite in the recruiting world. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the recruiting coordinating function, currently consisting of 3 recruiting coordinators, while actively growing the team to 5+
  • Enhance the candidate experience through the implementation of a series of candidate engagement programs
  • Own Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Data to report on important TA metrics to optimize recruiting processes and improve on recruiting performance and overall ROI
  • Manage and maintain internal resources such as our Recruiting SharePoint Sites and General Recruiting mailbox to ensure most up-to-date information is shared
  • Manage our Internal Mobility Program by creating processes and operational frameworks to adequately process and promote internal growth
  • Gain adoption of SOPs and recruiting best practices by actively meeting with recruiters to improve our recruiting results

The experience you have

  • People management and career development experience to grow your team members as our company scales
  • Recruiting background and strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes, enough to make smart decisions on best ways to operate
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, taking in feedback and incorporating suggestions to form healthy operational frameworks tailored to each functional group
  • Comfort working with raw data and system reports to identify areas of opportunity, influence and make thoughtful decisions about the recruitment process (i.e. # of interviews performed, candidate feedback, agency hiring reports, etc.)
