Senior Manager, Recruiting - Card
Manages the relationship and client needs for a distinct line of business or specific type of horizontal role(s) within a larger organization. This includes managing client relationships, setting and implementing recruiting strategies, leading or participating in process improvement initiatives and ensuring business internal and external hiring needs are met. Keeps abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. Manages a team of recruiters, contractors and on-site coordinators.
General Responsibilities:
Team Leadership - Manage recruiting team to deliver high quality candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through our selection process; direct and delegate work to recruiting coordinators, recruiters and/or external service providers
Client Management - Partner with the business to develop recruitment strategy and process that will enable the business strategy
Project/Process Management - Provide guidance and support for developing and implementing cost effective recruiting strategies
Metrics management - Evaluation of effectiveness of recruitment strategies

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 4 years in Corporate Recruiting including full life cycle, research, and sourcing
At least 2 years of experience in Client Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
At least 3 years of people management experience
At least 7 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
At least 7 years of experience in Client Management
Experience in applicant tracking systems
Experience recruiting for Product Manager roles
