About the Role

Groove is excited to bring on a full-cycle Recruiter to help scale our team by owning the entire recruitment process. You will play an integral part in finding and recruiting talent across our sales, customer success, engineering, and marketing teams. This role will report directly to our VP of HR and Finance!

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, recruit, and close top tier talent for all teams within Groove
• Represent our team, mission, and culture to potential candidates
• Coordinate with leadership to help them execute their recruiting goals
• Create and deliver on an amazing recruiting experience. Every part of the process needs to be great for potential hires

Qualifications

•  3-5 years in-house recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing on LinkedIn 
• A history of exceeding goals without a lot of guidance 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ATS systems; preferably Lever
• You are organized, methodical and adaptable
