Who you are:
As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future by identifying and hiring best-in-class talent for all competencies we offer; Tech, Experience Design, Product and Project Management, Client Success, and many more. You understand our business, the dynamics of a competitive market, and the importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in a hiring process. You will establish a collaborative environment with our teams, help define a quality candidate experience, and ultimately drive employee retention. Your self-motivated approach with problem-solving skills and energizing personality will allow you to build immediate rapport and trust with hiring teams. As a Recruiter, you have a natural talent for networking and are eager to connect with the best candidates in the market.
What you will do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and closing
- Provide optimal candidate experience through every stage of the interview process
- Uphold and lead commitment to Inclusion & Diversity with respect to Talent Acquisition
- Manage advertising/job posting process through applicant tracking system (Lever)
- Maintain consistent effort sourcing passive candidates for current and future openings
- Drive effective decision-making and hiring with managers and set clear expectations
- Oversee and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all databases
- Represent Bottle Rocket at recruiting events
What you bring to the position:
- 4+ years’ full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience in a digital agency or consultancy
- Experience with Lever (ATS)
- Sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and various other channels
- Sense of urgency and ability to take initiative, use consultative skills, and build strong, productive relationships
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands with the appropriate cadence
- Flexibility & Adaptability; able to manage shifting priorities as hiring needs evolve rapidly

- Experience with Slack, Smart Sheet & the O365 suite
- Experience with campus recruiting programs
- Experience owning communication to third party staffing partners
