Join our Team as a Recruiter!

GVW Group is looking to add a recruiter to our team to help support our growing businesses. We are looking for a motivated, top-notch individual who can deliver in a fast paced environment. This position will have exposure to the full recruitment life-cycle utilizing current, best-in-class techniques and methodology as well as direct recruiting tactics to attract passive candidates.

What will you do? The Recruiter is responsible for working with hiring managers to own and drive the staffing strategy and results for assigned positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates according to specifications provided, and develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating qualified candidate flow for high priority open positions and a strong pipeline of future candidates that fit the requirements.

What will my Responsibilities include?

• Source, interview, offer, negotiate and close candidates for assigned requisitions primarily hourly employees
• Engage key staffing and business partners in order to understand the needs as well as attain internal expertise of the profile and map to external marketplace; partner with Hiring Manager to understand talent acquisition and staffing needs in a timely manner
• Be a self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
• Responsible for identifying quality candidates via social media outlets, internal recruitment database, traditional online job boards and employee referrals.
• Perform all facets of full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, screening and closing high caliber candidates for various positions. Utilize ATS to document and track candidates as they move through our internal vetting process.
• Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to find passive candidates though a variety of methods including: complex internet searches, social and professional networking groups, blogs, diversity resources, competitor research and the development of existing candidate relationships.

What does it take to be a part of our team? The ideal candidate will have a four-year undergraduate degree, Three plus years of experience interviewing and hiring candidates preferably in a manufacturing environment.
