Title: Associate Recruiter

Location: Dallas, TX

We continue to grow, and we are seeking an Early in Career Recruiter to focus on hiring recent graduates across several Lines of Business and in multiple offices in North America. This position will include full-cycle recruiting and sourcing recent and upcoming graduates contributing to our growth. If you are someone that is detail oriented, tenacious, results driven, deliver great customer service to your clients & candidates, and have high-energy in a rapidly changing environment, this could be the role for you!

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
• Effectively collaborate with our recruiting and leadership team to understand talent needs.
• Work closely with the Early in Career Program Manager on Campus Activities.
• Work with University personal to leverage relationships
• Build a pipeline and produce a target list of candidates for assigned searches through research and heavy sourcing; cold calling, phone screens, and networking.
• Pre-screen candidates for base qualifications.
• Effectively track & manage candidate pipeline through the recruitment process flow utilizing our systems.
• Post job descriptions in various LinkedIn groups, University sites, user groups and niche job boards.
• Generate a high volume of quality candidates under tight deadlines.
• Manage multiple searches with attention to meeting customer deadlines.
• Provide weekly reports and metrics on recruiting activity.
• Strategize and develop new "out-of-the box" methods to fill your pipeline.

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at an agency or enterprise software company.
• Strong network and experience recruiting Early in Career Talent.
• Proven success in recruiting for technical and functional positions.
• Experience in building a robust pipeline of high-caliber talent, and ability to demonstrate creativity in your search methods.
• Excellent communication, social networking, relationship building, advising skills, and the ability to partner effectively with all teams.
• Leads by example, self-directed and highly motivated with a sense of urgency, and has strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Demonstrable ability to successfully prioritize and manage a large and diverse requisition load in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment.
• Excellent assessment skills.
• Hi-integrity; hi-degree of professionalism and can be trusted with confidential HR information.

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System is a plus.
• LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience
• Experience with campus recruiting is a plus
