TPO Partner, Tech Next, Program Manager

FIS is accelerating our Technology strategy to the next phase. We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Tech Next People Change Management team to help drive and support the mobilization and engagement of TPO TechNext programs and initiatives across the technology colleague population. While this role sits within The People Office (TPO), your stakeholders are our COO colleagues and TPO partners.  Join this dynamic global team for a chance to build FIS’ technology future.

What you will be doing

•Manage end to end planning, implementation, standardization, flexibility of Tech Next People Change programs and initiatives for the Tech population, that align to the broader enterprise offering

•Lead people change impact assessment across the program, interviewing, facilitating, engaging, identifying people changes, documenting, sharing and creating the plan by partnering across TPO and Tech Next stakeholders

•Coordinate, track, and promote Tech Next TPO programs and initiatives happening across the company for increased visibility, participation, and engagement.

•Monitor, evaluate and report on the progress, effectiveness and adoption of programs and initiatives as well as their impact across the business using both quantitative and qualitative metrics

•Partner with others across the organization in support of the operational plan, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Global Learning, EX, Talent & Careers, Executive Services, Total Rewards, Marketing, Communications etc.

•Develop different people change personas to support ongoing planning across the people change management stream

•Implement change strategies, ensuring all relevant information and dependencies are fed into each of the people change streams sub streams

•Facilitate design thinking sessions to design change management strategies across colleague groups

What you bring

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Arts, Psychology or other related field or equivalent work experience

•5+ years as a program or change manager, with preferred experience in an HR and/or Change program management capacity

•Experience leading people streams within large transformation programs and initiatives from end to end with proven organizational impact and success while scaling for growth

•Ability to build partnerships within the team and across internal partner and client groups in a complex, matrix organization

•Experience with designing data-driven program strategies and communicating with data to drive change

•A passion or interest in building an inclusive and diverse environment where people can be their authentic selves and share their own diverse backgrounds, experiences, perspectives and ideas

•Ability to handle multiple streams within a program simultaneously and change direction as needed in a fast-moving environment

•Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office Suite particularly in developing materials to drive decisions in PowerPoint (as well as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

•Proficiency in working in a multi-cultural, global environment

•Self-starter with passion, energy, and enthusiasm for making change in a large organization

•Ability to deliver inclusive, clear, compelling and globally relevant communications

•Ability to problem-solve, be resourceful, and exercise good judgment

•Ability to seek understanding in ambiguity, and resilient in the face of setbacks

•Ability to perform work with a high-level of attention to detail and accuracy

•A proven track record of working with very confidential information, views, and perspectives with high discretion
