We’re currently looking for a People Operations Lead who shares this mission and wants to contribute to our people team as we continue to grow. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️

  • Analyze and update existing People processes, policies and systems to ensure we are up to date, compliant, and designed in a way to support the company’s high growth
  • Identify areas for automation and prioritize People Operations systems, tools, policies, and compliance for 2022 and beyond
  • Use best practice research, data, and employee feedback to improve processes, drive employee engagement and improve organizational effectiveness
  • ​​Monitor and report on all key HR metrics; manage the tracking of all People team KPIs, and share with the team
  • Create internal communications to support change management
  • Oversee the communication of HR policies, procedures and practices to ensure smooth leadership application and legal compliance
  • Ensure that employee and contractor documentation is up to date and audit ready
  • Support People Operations audits (SOC, GDPR, etc.)
  • Oversee the upcoming transition of our HRIS system to Workday
  • Be a role model and guide for Truebill employees. Champion, promote and demonstrate what our culture means in practice. Be able to articulate clearly why we do some of the things we do; for example, how our performance process is consistent with our culture.

ABOUT YOU 🦄

  • You have a BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; OR equivalent practical experience
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in an Operations based role
  • You have experience using Workday as an HRIS and/or for reporting
  • You are extremely data driven, detail oriented, and employee experience-focused. 
  • You have experience building processes from scratch, and have strong organizational and time management skills
  • You are comfortable working with data, acquiring data from multiple sources, carrying out data analysis, and communicating data findings.
  • You have a deep knowledge of operational components of employee lifecycle touch points, specifically onboarding and offboarding.
  • You are comfortable, and have experience, working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are critical to making remote work successful, and you have a high proficiency in each.
  • You’re comfortable with light travel to meet together for collaborative brainstorming sessions and team off-sites (3 weeks/year)

We'll be especially excited if:

  • You have an active PHR or SPHR certification
  • You have a deep knowledge of Workday Reporting and Analytics - including calculated fields, custom objects, matrix reports, data sets, and dashboards
  • You believe remote teams are the future of work, or are at least curious about being part of a remote-first team
  • You’re proficient in Excel, Tableau, or other analytics software
