As the PeopleOps Business Partner - GTM, you will be a key contributor, aligning business objectives with people strategies. You will coach and partner with employees at all levels, ensuring an exceptional experience through the entire employee lifecycle, and will be an integral part of our HRBP team. You will collaborate closely with PeopleOps, Talent, Global Compensation, and Employee Experience teams.. Your client groups will consist of all GTM functions at Bolt (Marketing, Customer Experience, Revenue, Sales, and Business Development). This role will report to the VP of People.

About this role:

  • Assess and Level up Bolt’s HRBP strategy, ensuring that organizational design and HR tools and processes are prepared for dynamic business growth
  • Partnering with GTM teams from C-suite to entry-level employees
  • Work closely with your business leaders to understand each team's current state and desired future state, evaluate gaps and priorities needed to achieve business goals.
  • Provide guidance and input on org design, workforce planning, and succession planning in alignment with Bolt's culture and long-term strategy
  • Partner internally with the broader people team to analyze & interpret data to guide proactive solutions around growth and retention
  • Consult on recruitment, performance improvement, promotions, talent mobility, Employee Relations, and termination discussions
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, reduce legal risks, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Grow our next set of managers and mentors at Bolt through strong coaching and frequent check-ins

Experience…

  • 5+ years as an HRBP or related discipline in a high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated track record of providing business-driven talent strategy, programs, and processes through the employee lifecycle
  • Effective communicator throughout supported business units
  • Experience building, partnering, and implementing meaningful change across a rapidly growing global organization
  • Working knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines, including organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and employment laws
  • Hunger for learning and problem solving with a mindset that opportunities to do so are greater in a complex, ambiguous, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment
  • Unafraid of using data to support decision making, crafting insights from scarce data components and using it to create a compelling story

Target earnings: The compensation for this role is targeted between $149K - $184K per year. Final offer amount is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to experience and position level. At Bolt, we take a geographically neutral approach to compensation, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
