The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Site Coordinator to support our Operations and Human Resources teams at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Our ideal Site Coordinator is skilled at managing administrative tasks, employee training and has strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the weekly processing of the hourly payroll at the property.
• Ensure the payroll complies with local, state, federal, and company policies.
• Partner with managers to ensure all associates are paid accurately.
• Be a point of contact for associates that have questions about their pay.
• Process union dues deductions and prepares check requests for approval and payment.
• Review and process purchase orders and invoices in the accounts payable system for approval.

Qualifications

• Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience as a training administrator or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of iCIMS and PeopleSoft is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to consistently stand, bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Ability to lift 35lbs.
