Talent Operations Manager at Elemy

At Elemy, we are looking for a Talent Operations Manager who is data-driven and obsessed with developing scalable structure, systems and processes. This is a highly critical role to support our Talent team as we efficiently scale the business. This role will partner closely with TA and company leadership to create visibility to recruitment effectiveness and opportunities, ensure our Recruiting function is creating seamless and consistent candidate and hiring manager experiences, and lead critical initiatives across the team. 

What You’ll Do

  • Create recruiting effectiveness and efficiency dashboards that drive transparency, shared accountability and actionable insight for recruiters and hiring managers
  • Use data to identify process improvements, needed initiatives and recruiting training opportunities
  • Build our recruiting technology roadmap and manage financial accountability and business case driven requests to support it
  • Partner with People Team and Finance to continuously improve and automate our headcount planning process to ensure clarity, consistency and timeliness of hiring priorities and plans
  • Own and optimize efficiency and adoption of recruitment processes and workflows; including shared and regularly maintained documentation
  • Partner with Employer Brand Manager on critical initiatives to build pipelines
  • Partner with Clinical Recruiting to ensure best practices are shared across groups;
  • Lead, coach and develop Recruiting Ops team member(s)
  • Lead other ad-hoc Talent initiatives as needed


What You’ll Need

  • 5 + years of recruiting experience 
  • 2+ years in a Recruiting Operations Manager role within a startup or growing tech company is preferred
  • 2+ years experience managing people;
  • Extensive ATS experience - optimization and implementations, Greenhouse preferred;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and an empathetic, customer-service attitude;
  • Top-notch written communication skills;
  • Must be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic, and take ownership of their work.
