We are currently seeking a Manager, Diversity Recruiting to join our Human Resources team in Richmond, VA. We are open to remote working arrangements.

Specific accountabilities may include:• Applying a data-driven approach to identify the biggest opportunities to accelerate progress against our diversity hiring aspirations, to include developing or refining strategies to address them.• Partnering with Talent Acquisition colleagues, functional leaders, HR colleagues, Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders, Corporate Citizenship, and other key stakeholders to ensure that we have the right strategic plans, and lead or support the execution of those plans.• Identifying, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with the right mix of community partners to build Altria's employment brand to attract top diverse talent.• Developing, improving, and implementing programs to support diverse hiring and inclusive practices.• Champion outstanding candidate experience for respective recruiting partners and candidates.• Developing and applying recruiting metrics/key performance indicators to assess ROI of programs and events.

Specific skills:• Bachelor's degree and 5 years relevant work experience, training, and education.• Previous experience in recruiting and interviewing• Ability to develop, prioritize and execute innovative diversity recruiting strategies.• Ability to build solid relationships and partnerships.• Excellent written and verbal and communication skills.• Ability to effectively lead others and influence key partners.• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and participate in various recruiting projects to include vendor management, training, and process improvement.• Strong computer skills with experience to utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Talent Community Technology.• Must be able to travel approximately 30% of the time. Travel is intense during college recruiting periods typically late August to late October and early February to late March. Many Diversity events occur over weekends. Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
