ABOUT THE COMPANY
Camden Center is a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment center that offers comprehensive, multi-disciplinary treatment for psychiatric and addictive disorders. Our staff is comprised of nationally recognized medical doctors, psychotherapists, and integrative medicine specialists who have been recruited as experts in their field to work with our patients. ABOUT THE POSITION
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) Department, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding staff; administering pay, benefits, and leave; and enforcing company policies and practices. The coordinator will also assist the HR Director and Associate Director with employee relations, compliance, and other HR processes.
This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Human Resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with performing routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
- Assist in talent attraction activities, including creating job postings, candidate screening, employment verification, and background checks
- Act as a point of customer service for staff on items related to time tracking, time off, payroll, and benefit access
- Conduct employment verifications and appropriate background/reference checks in accordance with policy, as needed
- Assist with the creation, maintenance, and distribution of HR-related forms and communications
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments (this may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications)
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of related HR experience
- Prior recruiting experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy, often demanding, environment
- Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Strong working knowledge of Google Drive applications, including Google Sheets

40 hours/week. Pay range is $25.00/hour - $28.00/hour. Benefits for full-time employees include medical, paid and sick time off, matching 401(k), holiday pay, and a flexible spending account.
