Responsibilities
  • Act as the subject matter expert and primary analyst and administrator for Oracle HR, Greenhouse Recruiting and Onboarding with minimal supervision or oversight.
  • Accountable for the day to day resolution of technical issues, and questions from internal/external customers
  • Support third party integrations by collaborating with integration partners and understanding systems requirements for Allscripts internal tools
  • Work closely with TA leaders to build creative solutions that solve talent acquisition business challenges
  • Design, build, test and/or deploy configuration changes
  • Maintain data integrity protocols and security controls between HR, IT and other teams
  • Ensure compliance to all privacy and security protocols
  • Support development of end user training on tools and systems
  • Review, test and implement system upgrades and patches
  • Lead the resolution of escalations coming from team members by either resolving personally or by managing the resolution
  • Deliver HR services and programs to the business according to agreed scope, timeline, and budget
  • Ownership of product roadmap and providing guidance to business leaders on viability and benefit of current configurations and future functionality and enhancements
  • Introduce solutions to improve and standardize HR services, as appropriate.
  • Seek ways to continually to continually Optimize the effectiveness of technology and internal processes


Qualifications

Academic and Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent HR work experience in corporate HR operations environment
  • Knowledge of general HR practices and procedures strongly preferred


Experience/Competencies:
  • Have 2+ years of experience in a corporate HR system support role
  • Knowledge or expertise with Greenhouse applicant tracking system, Oracle HR and Greenhouse Onboarding preferred but other ATS and HR ERP platform will be considered
  • Familiar with the SAAS software-as-a-service model and best-practices
  • Ability to translate functional requirements to technical requirements
  • Supported change management by providing training, demos, and building how-to documentation
  • Possess good analytics, business, and HR data, with the ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and offer recommendations
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Be results oriented, self-disciplined, self-motivated and the ability to work independently and potentially remotely.
  • Possess proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines, with the ability to make timely decisions, prioritizes effectively, monitors results and takes remedial action where necessary.
  • Possess fundamental HR and technical knowledge, skills and abilities including the practices and procedures related to all areas of employee transactions. Strong Microsoft Suite skills required (Excel, PowerPoint) Oracle HR, Greenhouse, or other HCM experience required.
