We’re seeking a talented recruiting and HR leader to join our team! The ideal candidate is both a hands-on doer and a leader who will be building our team as well as improving and administering HR processes.   Day-to-day, you’ll manage a small team of clinical recruiters that recruits our care provider team,  be the direct recruiter for key headquarter roles, as well as take on management of basic HR processes like onboarding, offboarding and HR process development.

 What You’ll Do

  • Manage a small team of clinical recruiters to oversee hiring of Parallel care providers and ensure attainment of key monthly hiring goals  
  • Directly own and lead recruiting and hiring process for key headquarter roles including facilitating the interview process, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, sending case studies, and collecting feedback , negotiating offers and closing candidates  
  • Ensure the recruiting team provide best-in-class experiences to all candidates 
  • Leverage programs such as job boards, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source candidates and build diverse talent pools
  • Lead recruiting team performance tracking, including metrics such as time-to-fill, time in process step, etc.
  • Manage and drive improvement of People processes, including onboarding, offboarding, training, performance management and employee engagement efforts 
  • Partner with leadership to develop and administer HR programs, procedures, and guidelines
  • Manage our HR management system including benefits provision and overseeing partnerships with our HR IT vendor and insurance provider 


What You’ll Need 

Ideal candidates will be innovative, forward-looking talent acquisition and HR professionals with prior experience in a high-growth startup! A great fit for this role will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 6+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 1+ year of experience managing recruiters
  • 2+ years of experience in HR / talent operations  
  • Familiarity with HR systems, technology, and process best practices and experience implementing them in a practical and scalable way
  • Strong process management and improvement skills with a track record of leveraging technology to improve efficiency and employee/candidate experience
  • Prior experience in a high growth start-up or other fast-paced dynamic work environment
  • Expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search
  • A passion for providing bar-raising candidate experiences
  • A passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
  • Ability to source candidates and build diverse talent pools
  • The ability to learn quickly and multi-task effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stellar organization and time management skills
  • A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bonus points if you are have experience using Greenhouse ATS
  • Bonus points if you are have recruiting and/HR experience in health care or education
