HR Partner - Business Intelligence

Job Summary:

Our client in Auburn Hills, MI is looking for a HR Partner -Business Intelligence. This is a contract position.

What You Will Do:

  • Work with the VP of Manufacturing to coordinate and understand the staffing needs of the company.
  • Use data and reporting to convey and present staffing objective.
  • Create job descriptions for new hires.
  • Evaluate team members to identify areas of training improvement.
  • Ensure that the HR strategy supports the overall business goals of the organization.
  • Align staff to business objectives, enhance staff performance, support employee development, enhance recruitment efforts, and plan strategic HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate organizational calendars
  • Development and implementation of processes and procedures
  • Creating and daily coordination of a business structure for staffing manufacturing
  • Organization, implementation, and follow-up of the assignments and tasks records
  • Liaison with the network of business managers throughout the organization
  • Development and preparation for management development
  • Assist with analysis of the target and actual data during the course of special-cause projects and common-cause work.
  • Learn our assessment process and become involved with recruiting and hiring activities.
  • Coordinate with the department teams toward documenting program milestones and targets.
  • Help coordinate and host the weekly meetings for Manufacturing.
  • Compile strategies and collect relevant information and data, to assist with internal and external meetings.
  • Responsible to collect, organize, and help communicate Manufacturing reports by week and month.


Basics:

  • Previous Human Resources, staffing, or recruiting experience.
  • Advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Data Analytics is desired.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or HR, preferable with automotive experience.
  • Natural leadership and coaching skills.
  • Comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced, and high-intensity environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to think actively and prioritize work as appropriate
  • Possess the spirit of exploration and discovery
  • Excellent communication skills across all media and venues
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, project or similar.
