About the Role:
The HR Operations, Lead oversees and leads a team of HR Operations Specialists while supporting the recruiting and onboarding support functions for aligned client group including the requisition, offer, background checks, onboarding and orientation processes.
What You'll Do:

  • Sets objectives for the HR Ops team and track progress.
  • Manages the requisition and offer review and approval processes including maintenance of documentation and communication of changes.
  • Oversees and manages the onboarding process for new/temporary hires and internal transfers including developing and maintaining current supporting letters, agreements, forms and other documents,
  • Oversees and monitors background checks and adverse action process ensuring all documents are up to date with regulatory compliance guidelines
  • Ensures accurate employee verification documentation (I-9s) through audit of current and newly acquired employees
  • Manages terminations process including developing and maintaining current supporting letters, agreements, forms and other documents needed for the creation of exit packets and release agreements, and coordination of communications to employees, managers, HRIS, payroll and IT.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • HR Operations experience
  • Self-starter with high emotional intelligence.
  • Takes initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and makes continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Strong customer service mind-set
  • Leadership skills

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • 8+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 3+ years coaching/leading employees
  • 3+ years of specialized/industry experience Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
