Role: Human Resources Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

Role Overview:

Lucas Group has joined with a construction partner organization in their search for a Human Relations Manager located in Atlanta, GA. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to oversee recruiting, employee relations, and a positive work culture throughout the organization. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead strategic planning of HR and recruitment strategy for various positions including engineers, project managers, and corporate functions
• Foster gradual growth within the company while working with labor subcontractors
• Work in conjunction with HR generalist and PEO to complete all HR functions
• Focus on recruitment, culture, and employee relations
• Leverage familiarity with Japanese culture, clients, and employees to facilitate efficiency
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• 10+ years HR experience
• Experience with enacting HR processes, procedures, and strategies in a small organization
• Experience working in construction or a related industry
• Experience with an Asian owned company, particularly working with a Japanese organization or cultural environment
