Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for data entry and quality control of employment processes. Oversees the upload and audit of all new employee paperwork, transfers, and other payroll changes on a biweekly basis. Generate reports to ensure accuracy of employee position data within payroll and other internal systems. Responsible for manual data entry, including but not limited to terminations, PTO donations and employee record updates. Secondary responsibility to assist Benefits Administrator with benefit-related reports/audits and special projects, as needed. This position will provide primary oversight of position management/control and support, reports to changes and other ad hoc personnel/position changes. Will provide HRIS support and ad hoc report running as needed. Responsibilities will also include assisting with ongoing system implementations/upgrades, identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, testing as both a power user and employee/manager user and providing quality control/audits as needed. This position will support manual data entry as needed but will also work to create import files and utilize technology to streamline and automate processes, in conjunction with HRIS team members.

Qualifications: Associates degree required with emphasis in business administration, office management or closely related field and a minimum of two years of directly related work experience in a Human Resources Department with a HRM/Payroll/HRIS system, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strongly prefer experience with UltiPro/UKG and Kronos. Effective oral and written communication skills, and comfortable working with data for a large portion of the work day. Good organizational and prioritizing skills. Considerable knowledge of computer software applications including excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly, including HRIS and Talent software and modules. Must have excellent excel skills, including not limited to proficiency with vlookups, pivot tables and creating formulas. Willing to work as a team and assist, as needed, within the department.
