Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Lead - Payroll Functional

• The Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Lead will lead a team of functional resources to design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Lead sessions with project teams and key client leadership to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations (HCM, Benefits, Payroll).
• Need hands on leadership style to assist with functional configuration to integrate functionalities such as payroll, benefits and absence management.
• This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, demos, designs, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support.
