Location: This position can be located remotely, preferably in one of our existing healthcare markets.
This Director will lead a creative and dynamic Talent Attraction team responsible for driving the full talent funnel, including awareness, interest, and application - to support our national and market specific recruitment initiatives. In this role, the Director will shape and lead the strategy on recruitment marketing campaigns, partner to build and promote the associate value proposition and enhance our employer identity to attract talent and generate applications for all hiring needs. This position will require big-picture thinking around employment brand strategy, as well as tactical work experience building marketing campaigns and executing cross-channel activity. This role will report to the Senior Director of Talent Attraction, with very strong working relationships with Marketing & Communications, Business Leaders and external vendors.
What You Will Do

  • Set the strategy and lead the team in concepting, creating, and deploying omni-channel, comprehensive marketing plans to support recruiting goals.
  • Leverage data to assess performance, drive candidate interest, and identify new recruitment marketing strategies across all markets.
  • Stay current on emerging marketing, branding and recruitment trends, incorporating best-practices to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to create, execute, and manage the recruitment marketing roadmap to increase brand awareness, establish an associate value proposition and employer identity, from creative brief through implementation and measurement.
  • Measure and optimize candidate engagement across campaigns and channel metrics to identify trends, form recommendations, and optimize performance against a clear set of KPI's.
  • Develop presentations that report on the results and ROI of all Talent Attraction initiatives.
  • Improve the key success metrics associated with hiring goals including conversion rate, cost per hire, time to fill, and quality of hire.


What You Will Need
Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.


Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience required.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.


Additional Preferences
Education Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business (Marketing/Communications) or related field


Work Experience Preferred:

  • 7-10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or Marketing experience, recruitment marketing and employer branding experience preferred
  • 3 years of progressive leadership experience (leading leaders)


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of the 'digital tech' talent market including sourcing channels, recruitment marketing tools / platforms, best practices, and trends
  • Knowledge of or experience using digital marketing and social media in support of Talent Acquisition
  • Enthusiasm for marketing strategy, audience segmentation and conversion tactics
  • Experience with organic and paid channels - LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor and/or other social channels
  • Proven track of record of building, managing, and optimizing large-scale multi-channel marketing and sourcing campaigns
  • Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance and experiment design and analysis
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Focused storytelling and copy-writing skills for clear, compelling on-brand messaging
  • Development of targeted messaging for new talent pools, persona-based targeting, and regional talent markets
