Role Summary
As the Director - People, Ops & Analytics you'll manage a team of 10+ employees and contractors who are responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes, programs and shared services to support the People Team and drive Master Data quality and Learning in the North American Zone.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the North American Zone People Business Services Operations and Analytics team, including: Master Data Management, People Reporting, Global People Business Partner Support, and Learning & Development teams.
- Identify areas of opportunity for increased efficiency, bringing strategic, innovative, and scalable solutions to improve processes and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee tech implementations that are enablers to the team's capabilities and implement plans to improve existing Performance Metrics and reporting through analysis of processes and performance results.
- Develop relationships with People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and People Business Services partners to influence and drive improvements to data quality and user experience of HR processes.
- Bring strategic leadership through engaging and empowering avenues to continuously elevate and develop the team to reach their full potential; develop clear goals and milestones with regular routines to monitor results.
- Lead a team of People Specialists to ensure the delivery of critical HR processes including compliance, immigration, on/off-boarding, and relocation, and effective responses to HR inquiries.
- Responsible for execution of daily Learning and Development programs and reporting.
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an operations or Human Resources related role
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or related field
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated experience articulating a vision, translating it into an executable strategy, and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan
- Strong presence and communication skills with the ability to effectively advise, influence, and lead change with stakeholders
- Experience with Agile and deploying formal process improvement programs, e.g., Lean, 6 Sigma, a plus
- Experience with Workday and SAP is a plus
