Zoom is looking for a six month contract Recruiter who will be fully responsible for owning and executing searches for a variety of positions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of a hiring search including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, and offer/negotiation. 

Responsibilities:

  • Be a key recruiting partner to various stakeholders and meet regularly with leaders to understand business needs 

  • Manage and prioritize multiple searches across a wide range of roles 

  • Continuously review the assessment process and proactively realign with Hiring Managers when faced with challenges

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a frictionless and positive candidate experience

  • Able to engage talent from intern to senior leadership and understands how to speak to their audience

  • Ability to accurately forecast workload, and leverage experience to drive success

  • Agile, flexible and capable of stepping into any role when needed

  • Expert driving a multi-channel, ecosystem approach to engaging talent and hiring managers

  • Master at leveraging personal and external talent networks and exerting social influence

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in house or with top tier agency or retained search firm

  • Experience creating and executing sourcing strategies and proactively building a pipeline of diverse talent

  • A strong track record of closing

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong relationship building, client management, and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail while operating with a sense of urgency

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a penchant towards metrics

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Hired for Marketing functions

  • Workday experience (as an ATS)
