We are seeking a talented, change agent with a passion for our employee experience. As Senior Compensation Manager at InterWell Health, you will build a compensation plan that affects the entire employee experience by driving organizational productivity, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

In this position, you will be a key member of the People Team working alongside the People leadership and Executive Teams to execute on a compensation philosophy that supports the ongoing needs of our growing, and changing, business.
What You'll Do
- Lead in the development, implementation, communication and administration of the compensation programs and policies, including base salaries, short- and long-term incentives and equity.
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing policies, guidelines and procedures aligned with total rewards strategy and identify opportunities for enhancements. Identify, analyze, and recommend improvements or changes to compensation programs based on market trends, company strategy, attracting and retaining top talent, cost effectiveness, and changes in regulations.
- Provide ongoing consulting and recommendations regarding job roles/descriptions, internal career architecture, and job leveling framework. Assist in identifying consistency in our current architecture, while recommending sustainable systems for future growth.
- Leverage HRIS system for scalable compensation system deployment.
- Plan, develop, and/or participate in area and industry surveys; analyze results of surveys and develop specific recommendations.
- Partner with the People team and members of the executive team to plan and drive the merit and promotional processes.
- Maintain overall compensation programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- SHRM and/or World at Work certification is preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant compensation experience required, preferably in a healthcare or high growth environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements related to base pay and variable pay programs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow up and follow through
