Job Description
As a Campus Recruiter, you will play a major role in executing our campus recruiting program by hiring new graduates, interns, and co-ops. The Campus Recruiter will maintain relationships with targeted colleges/universities and manage the campus recruitment and selection process for both undergraduate and graduate schools.
In this role you will:
Be responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting
Source and recruit on-campus and virtually to fill new graduate, intern, and co-op positions
Attend and host events throughout the year
Interview candidates for proper fit and consideration
Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders from business partners and managers to career services offices, college faculty, and relevant on-campus student organizations
Communicate with candidates and serve as their source of contact
Assist with the management of the summer internship program
Track and report on metrics for campus recruitment
Recommend ideas and strategies related to campus recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning existing processes
Prioritize candidate experience to maintain high-touch recruitment
Leverage recruiting knowledge, recruitment results, and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
Attend professional development roundtables, webinars, conferences to learn and evolve the company’s campus program to reflect best practices
Serve as an Employee Brand Ambassador to expand our internal and external footprint to build the company’s brand

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years experience in a campus recruiting role, tech recruiting is a plus
Strong communication, time management, organization, and attention to detail skills
Experience developing sourcing strategies to pipeline diverse talent pools
Willingness to travel during peak campus hiring periods (Fall/Spring)
Self-starter who is innovative, analytical, and proactive
Ability to track and analyze data and report data in a clear and organized format
Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ability to make sound recommendations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment
Able to work in a high volume environment and prioritize work as appropriate
Knowledge of Google and Microsoft applications.
Basic Requirements
