How you will contribute
We are seeking an experienced HR Time & Attendance Specialist to support the implementation and optimization of the Infor Workforce Management (WFM) system. This role will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for time and attendance processes, ensuring a seamless transition from current systems to the Infor platform while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the new system
  • Providing training and support to HR teams, managers, and end users on the new platform
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in timekeeping data during and after implementation
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and collective agreements related to working time
  • Partnering with Payroll to ensure seamless integration between time tracking and pay processing
  • Supporting post-go-live stabilization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives

You will:
  • Act as the SME for time and attendance processes during the Infor WFM implementation
  • Collaborate with IT, HRIS, and external consultants to configure time and attendance modules within Infor
  • Map current time and attendance policies, rules, and workflows to the new system
  • Define and document business requirements, pay rules, scheduling logic, and exception handling
  • Participate in system design sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data validation
  • Ensure accurate migration of historical time and attendance data

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in time and attendance administration or workforce management
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/WFM system implementations (Infor experience strongly preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of time and attendance policies, shift scheduling, overtime rules, and leave management
  • Familiarity with labor law compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with data migration, system testing (UAT), and process documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications - are not a must
  • Prior experience with Infor Workforce Management, Infor CloudSuite HCM, or Infor Global HR
  • Experience working in Manufacturing
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
