Role summary:
The HR Technology System Administrator supports Flowserve HR’s digital ecosystem through system administration, Tier 2 case management, and back-end process support. The role focuses on maintaining HR systems, resolving technical and data-related issues, executing and supporting configuration changes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in collaboration with HR and Technology partners.
Your role:
- Act as a technical point of contact for HR systems
- Provide Tier 2 support for HR system tickets and case management requests
- Support back-end HR processes and system administration activities
- Troubleshoot system, data and security issues through problem analysis, issue reproduction and root cause identification
- Support data quality and data audit exercises to help ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with Technology Partners and Centers of Excellence to document recurring processes and system changes
- Support configuration changes, including documentation, testing, migration, communication and hypercare
- Respond to internal and external audit requests by researching issues and preparing control documentation
Your profile:
Experience in HR system administration, preferably in Workday
- Prior experience with case management systems, such as Neocase
- Strong understanding of back-end HR processes and system-driven workflows
- Experience with HR data manipulation and reporting, with strong Excel skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze problems and identify practical solutions
- Experience with testing, test scripts and UAT support
- Familiarity with HR data quality, audit processes and controls
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Self-reliant, structured and confident in handling technical issues
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and time-zones
- Flexible and adaptable, with a customer-centric mindset
