Job Description – HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location:Monterrey, NL, Mexico (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: VP of Human Resources

We are currently seeking a highly organized, bilingual HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our department.

Position Summary

The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting recruitment coordination, employee record management and onboarding operations. This position requires a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with leadership.

This is a hybrid role based in Monterrey.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring Support
  • Review, sort, and screen incoming candidate profiles and resumes

  • Serve as the first filter in the recruitment process

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Assist with HR reporting and tracking metrics

  • Coordinate internal HR processes and administrative workflows

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

  • Reside in Monterrey, Nuevo León

  • Availability to work on-site, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch), as needed.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • High level of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles

  • Experience supporting U.S. hiring processes

  • Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, or recruiting platforms
