Performs routine and ambulatory EEG studies in an outpatient neurology setting. Prepares and educates patients, obtains consent, applies electrodes using the International 10-20 system, monitors recordings, troubleshoots technical issues, documents findings in the EHR, maintains equipment, and follows infection control, HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic standards.

Lead medical billing and revenue cycle operations, ensuring claim accuracy, compliance, collections, and KPI performance. Develop denial-reduction and revenue-improvement strategies, oversee audits and quality control, manage payer requirements, improve workflows, collaborate with coding and clinical teams, and lead billing staff. Prepare reports for senior leadership and drive continuous revenue cycle improvement.

Verifies patient insurance eligibility, benefits, coverage limitations, authorizations, and financial responsibility for neurology clinic services. Communicates with insurers and patients, documents verification results, resolves discrepancies, follows up on incomplete information, and coordinates administrative clearance across multiple Texas clinic locations. Maintains HIPAA confidentiality, accurate records, productivity standards, and independent remote work practices.

Provide remote neurological care including comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, and management of TBI, headaches, dizziness, PTSD-related symptoms. Develop individualized treatment plans, review diagnostic data, document per HIPAA, participate in telehealth consultations, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educate patients/families, and support clinical quality and improvement.

Performs EMG and NCV diagnostic testing under neurologist supervision, prepares and educates patients, assists physicians, ensures electrode placement and signal quality, maintains equipment, documents results in the EHR, and follows safety and compliance protocols.

Provide neuropsychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and psychotherapy for patients with TBI, PTSD, and other neurological conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation, participate in intake and ongoing care, perform neuropsychological testing, and contribute to clinical research.
