Job Description:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.
Work Experiences:
- 2+ years of advanced Workday reporting, data/analytics; and visualization, including calculated fields, dashboards, and PRISM is highly preferred.
- 1+ years of UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Analytics module is highly preferred.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources analytics required.
- 3+ years of experience using advanced Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools required.
Skills:
- Workday PRISM, BIRT, and composite reporting experience.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining complex calculated fields.
- Expert level understanding of Excel (complex formula creation, advanced data presentation/design and analysis).
- Results-focused with superb attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Strong math and analytical aptitude.
- Ability to analyze complex and sometimes limited data sets.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with process owners to independently design, develop, maintain, and test simple to complex reports and visualizations, including but not limited to advanced, matrix, composite reports, metrics/KPIs, and dashboards utilizing Workday Report Writer, Worksheets, Discovery Boards, and Slides, as well as other tools and available technologies; keeping standard, enterprise-wide use in mind to achieve maximum efficiencies and align with the overall business strategy.
- Own creation, validation, and execution of all scheduled and custom/published HR reporting.
- Building complex reports and analytics using UKG Dimensions Analytics module.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization through use of analytic tools/reports across all HR functions. Make operational/strategic recommendations for identified opportunities and implement solutions, leading all subsequent design, development and testing efforts required to deliver.
- Leverage data from Workday to analyze trends in areas such as turnover, retention, talent acquisition, employee relations, talent management and engagement, making recommendations on process improvements and HR operations/strategy based on findings.
- Own HR budget process, managing all internal HR and external department reporting and collection of data, delivering error-free and on time, while also identifying and implementing process improvements as needed.
- Utilize discretion and judgment to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Regularly evaluate HCM data to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Performs or manages any necessary data clean-up or sanitization through the appropriate team.
- Support system implementations, as needed, to identify how to leverage the system to best meet the organization's analytics needs.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers in order to drive business decisions and address business questions.
- Create and maintain related calculated fields for reporting and communicate calculated fields needs across areas to avoid redundancy and achieve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics solutions using Workday Prism Analytics and associated data sources.
- Learns and follows company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior.
