Responsibilities:- Entering of time data (absences/attendances) in ATOSS (Time) and LOGA (Payroll) systems;
- Processing of error lists in Time Management System ATOSS;
- Independent communication with employees/specialist departments;
- Creation of reports, requests or statistics from LOGA, e.g. request process for the A1 form;
- Data Maintenance / Processing of Administrative Processes Payroll.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Economics/Business administration or comparable education;
- Experience with time management processing, payroll processes for German companies;
- Knowledge of HR applications, preferably time management, payroll or masterdata;
- Experience in dealing with ticket systems and service processes;
- Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills;
- Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, a high sense of responsibility, and reliability, as well as a customer-focused.
