We're a fun and energetic team looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our Talent Acquisition Experts. As a valuable team member, you'll dive into various recruitment activities and assist with the end-to-end recruitment process.
What You'll Do:
- Build and Maintain Candidate Pipelines: Source and attract top talent for various positions.
- Support Recruitment Activities: Assist with sourcing, screening, and market research.
- Participate in HR Projects: Get involved in HR initiatives, job fairs, and university collaborations.
- Enhance Employer Branding: Contribute to effective employer branding campaigns.
- Utilize Recruiting Platforms: Work with platforms like Alma Career, Profesia, and LinkedIn.
- Handle Administrative Tasks: Schedule interviews, coordinate assessment centers, and communicate with candidates.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of part-time or full-time experience, preferably in an HR corporate environment.
- Education: Currently in your 3rd or 4th year of university studies (daily student status) preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Studies, or Personal Management.
- Skills: Fluent in English, proactive, and eager to learn.
Wage:
- 6,50 euros/brutto/hour
