This position is based at our offices in Dordrecht.Your responsibilities
Being responsible for different sort of administrative tasks related to HR and Recruitment;
• inserting information in the HR system (Workday);
• inviting newly hired employees to the office to discuss their terms of employment;
• take care of Health Insurance and other HR arrangements for employees;
• assisting in implementing various HR procedures and policies;
• attending job fairs;
• organizing audits and trainings on a yearly base;
• taking care of onboarding and offboarding of employees;
• being the point of contact for all kind of practical HR related questions for our Dutch colleagues;
• support the receptionist colleagues when needed.
• You have a BSc degree in a relevant discipline;
• you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• strong organizational skills and eye for detail;
• having experience in an HR Department in a technical environment is a big advantage;
• you speak and write fluent Dutch and English;
• you take responsibilities, are proactive and a team player;
• you have a flexible attitude in an ever-changing environment.

Skills Required
- BSc degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in an HR department within a technical environment
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English
- Proactive, takes responsibility, team player
- Flexible attitude in an ever-changing environment
