About the job
As our HR Student Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our HR Business Partners and ensuring a smooth employee journey—from onboarding to organizational development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating HR-related training and projects aligned with our people strategy.
Supporting onboarding activities to create a great first impression for new hires.
Contributing to internal HR communications and maintaining HR SharePoint pages.
Conducting data analysis and handling ad hoc HR and office-related tasks.

Who are you
You are proactive, structured, and service-minded, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy coordinating across teams, and communicate clearly and confidently. You’re naturally curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to reach out to stakeholders to drive things forward.
You engage easily with others and build strong working relationships across functions. While you’re a team player, you’re also comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your tasks without needing close supervision. Integrity and confidentiality come naturally to you.
What you know
You are currently studying Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or a similar field, with at least two years left of your studies
Proficient in Microsoft 365, with a strong ability to create engaging and visually compelling virtual presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Fluent in English at a business level and in one of the Scandinavian languages.
