HR Strategic Projects internship

Job Responsibilities
- The intern would have the opportunity to support a variety of strategic and operational HR initiatives, including:
- Analyze workforce, engagement, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, onboarding, and learning initiatives.
- Research best practices and contribute to programs that strengthen employee development and organizational effectiveness.
- Assist with process improvement efforts, policy reviews, HR technology initiatives, and special projects.
- Complete a capstone project that addresses a current business or HR challenge
- Present recommendations and findings to HR leadership at the conclusion of the internship
