Manage commercial customer renewals through primarily inside sales, including decision-maker outreach, presentations, consultative selling, upselling, and relationship development. Maintain consultant partnerships, manage margins, meet sales targets, update Salesforce CRM records, analyze sales KPIs, and collaborate with marketing, customer care, and internal teams. The role requires occasional face-to-face meetings and travel, with in-person sales conducted no more than 15% of the time.

Administers and optimizes enterprise Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot environments. Responsibilities include environment provisioning, governance, security, access management, monitoring, licensing, troubleshooting, application lifecycle management, solution deployments, documentation, and user enablement. Partners with Security, Infrastructure, Identity, developers, and business stakeholders to enforce policies, manage Copilot agents, reduce agent sprawl, and support reliable low-code and AI-driven solutions.

Summer Analyst Interns analyze business, customer, operational, and market data; develop reports, dashboards, models, and process improvements; conduct research; validate data; monitor metrics; collaborate with stakeholders; document projects; and present findings. The internship runs full time from May through August 2027 and emphasizes analytical, communication, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.

Supports the development team by reviewing code, implementing minor application changes, writing unit tests, conducting manual and automated QA, and performing end-to-end functionality and usability testing. Participates in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, production support, and cross-functional collaboration while gaining experience with the organization’s technology stack and development environment.

Supports HR strategic and operational initiatives through workforce and employee data analysis, talent and engagement programs, process improvement, policy reviews, HR technology projects, and research. The intern will complete a capstone project and present recommendations to HR leadership. Responsibilities require strong analytical, communication, organizational, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office skills while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Supports strategic marketing and brand initiatives through photography, video, written content, social media, internal communications, employer branding, community storytelling, research, events, presentations, and marketing materials. The intern collaborates across teams, manages multiple deadlines, and helps identify marketing trends and opportunities within the energy industry.

Provides entry-level IT helpdesk support to internal users through phone, email, chat, and in-person requests. Diagnoses hardware and software issues, researches solutions, documents interactions and resolutions, routes or escalates problems, and sets up end-user equipment including computers, monitors, printers, and phones. The intern also follows standard helpdesk procedures and supports improved ticket response times.
