We are looking for
HR Specialist
at one of our locations in EMEA region - in Ukraine (Kamianets-Podilskyi)
Full-cycle recruitment (mass recruitment, sourcing, selection, onboarding)
Employee assessment and development
Organization of training and onboarding processes
Development of corporate culture and employee engagement programs
HR analytics and workforce planning: headcount planning, labor market monitoring
Participation in performance review processes
Talent development and retention initiatives
Consulting managers on HR-related matters
Higher education (Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields)
At least 2 years of experience in HR
Experience in full-cycle recruitment (from sourcing to onboarding)
Understanding of modern sourcing channels and practices
