The Human Resources Specialist leads direct labor recruitment to support staffing needs and provides daily guidance to two HR Administration Specialists overseeing employee data, payroll inputs, benefits support, file management, and other HR administrative processes.

Lead direct labor recruitment activities and maintain control of the DL recruiting process to support operational hiring needs.
Provide day-to-day guidance to HR Administration Specialists and oversee HR administrative operations.
Drive continuous improvement through kaizen and knowledge-sharing initiatives across HR processes.
Ensure adherence to HSE procedures and support related initiatives
Support HR documentation management and maintain accurate employee records.
Run regular data audits and follow up with HR owners to ensure timely corrections.
Monitor and understand HR metrics to support global HR analytics across functions.
Develop and update procedures, guidelines, and documentation related to HR Operations.
Process payroll transactions related to Time and Attendance for payroll preparation.
Support additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Lead and coordinate onboarding process for All new hire (background check)
Lead background check process, scheduling medical exams, and collecting documentation from new hires (Salaried employees)
Schedule Labor Strategy for DL salary increases and bonus according to budget


Requirements:

• Bachelor degree desirable on Business Administration, Human Resources or related areas.  

• +2 years working in a HRIS Analyst, Data Analyst, and/or Reporting Analyst function

• Excellent analytical skills, ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts

• Time Flexibility to support global footprint if necessary

• Preferred hands-on experience with HCM systems

• Be proactive and able to manage multiple requests to meet deadlines

• Very good written & spoken communication skills in English

Skills Required
