HR Specialist
Role Overview:
This role supports HR processes at the manufacturing site in Petfurdo and covers the full employee lifecycle. You will work fully onsite from Monday to Friday and support employees and managers with daily HR administration. The role reports directly to the HR Business Partner and cooperates closely with internal teams and external providers.

Role Responsibilities:
As a HR Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, amendments, and related documentation, in line with labor regulations and internal policies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring data quality in the Huntsman Workday system
- Cooperating closely with the external payroll provider, including regular communication and coordination of ongoing payroll-related activities
- Preparing and providing monthly payroll input data, performing checks, supporting payroll closing activities, and providing data for accounting closing
- Administering non-wage employee benefits, including travel passes, commuting reimbursements, cafeteria benefits, and group life insurance
- Preparing and submitting statistical reports to the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH)
- Participating in the annual salary review (merit) and bonus processes by preparing data, performing checks, and supporting final validation
- Coordinating employee trainings, including legally required trainings and development programs, and maintaining training records
- Maintaining and updating job descriptions
- Managing access cards and the access control system
- Preparing and issuing employment-related certificates
Experience and Competencies:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with hands-on experience in HR administration willing to develop in the international environment.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an HR role, ideally covering HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience working with HR systems; Workday experience is an advantage
- Basic understanding of payroll, social security, and benefits administration processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and documentation
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Communicative knowledge of Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
- Availability and willingness to work fully onsite from Monday to Friday at the Petfurdo manufacturing site
