About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Specialist to provide administrative support and coordinate various HR and company events. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creating a great employee experience. You will play a key role in onboarding, HR administration, event planning, and internal engagement initiatives.

What you will do
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes. This includes creating HRIS profiles, organizing first-day logistics, delivering induction presentations, and managing documentation (contracts, background checks, visas, and termination orders) ensuring compliance with international labor laws.

  • Assist in managing employment and change letters, and support employee inquiries and issue resolution; Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.

  • Assist in preparing HR reports, data analytics, and dashboards as needed.

  • Support the performance review cycle by setting timelines, assisting managers, and tracking progress.

  • Administer employee benefit programs and coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Assist in organizing internal HR initiatives, team-building events, and company celebrations. Act as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and feedback.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR-related roles.

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel or others).
