Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in talent acquisition, including screening, and interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and workplace issues.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer payroll, leave management, and employee benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding compensation and benefits.
*Preferably HITS users.
Training & Development:
- Coordinate HR training sessions and workshops.
HR Administration & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.
- Support HR initiatives such as engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation securely.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Industrial experience is must
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, Especially Excel.
